Join our Business Improvement & Planning team as a Project Officer, based at our Keysborough campus. This full-time (1.0 FTE) fixed-term position is a leave cover role, commencing in July 2025 and concluding in December 2025.

Haileybury’s Business Improvement and Planning (BIP) Team is seeking a motivated Project Officer with a passion for human-centred design to support the delivery of strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Head of BIP, this role combines business analysis and project management to drive meaningful change, improve processes, and enhance operational effectiveness across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Coordination: Support the Head of BIP and Executive Sponsors in managing multiple major projects, including planning, timelines, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Analysis & Communication: Gather and document business requirements, prepare project communications, facilitate meetings, and contribute to change management and training activities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage project issues and risks, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all initiatives.
