We’re on the hunt for a Sales Operations & Client Support Coordinator — a sharp, detail-oriented operator who thrives on structure, service, and juggling multiple moving parts. About the Role

You’ll work closely with our senior sales consultants and managing director to ensure smooth, professional, and efficient sales operations. When we say fast-paced, we mean it — but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be the vital link between sales, design, logistics, trades and our offshore admin team, ensuring no detail is missed and every client feels supported.

You’ll also step in to handle client enquiries when the sales team is at capacity, and attend property visits to support quoting and preparation — so confidence, presentation and a great eye for detail are key.

This is an incredible stepping stone into a senior sales role, with direct mentorship and clear pathways to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the sales team in delivering seamless, end-to-end client experiences

Responding to inbound client enquiries with professionalism and polish

Assisting on-site with quoting, prep, and client walkthroughs

Coordinating with trades, logistics, design, and admin to execute projects smoothly

Maintaining accurate, timely records and communication across our systems

Problem-solving on the fly and taking ownership of client-facing touchpoints

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

Have 2–3 years' experience in real estate, property styling, or other client facing design

Are organised, proactive and calm under pressure

Love working in a collaborative, creative environment

Can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball

Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and teams alike

Value team culture and are looking to grow into a client-facing sales role

Bonus points if you know your way around Copper CRM or can sketch a floorplan on the fly (not essential, but we’ll be impressed)
