About the Role

As a QA Technician, you’ll work closely with the Quality Manager and collaborate with Production, Operations, and Procurement teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and consistency of incoming components and outgoing products. From inspections to reporting, you’ll be instrumental in upholding high standards in a growing production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Incoming Quality Checks (IQC): Conduct inspections according to established criteria, recording results in ERP (Odoo), and preparing comprehensive reports.
Quality Assurance: Review supplier quality reports, identify issues, and raise Quality Alerts/NCRs for failed components.
Issue Management: Move failed parts to quarantine (both physically and in Odoo) and participate in review meetings to resolve issues.
Outgoing Quality Checks (OQC): Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
Collaboration: Report quality issues to the Quality Manager or QA Officer and work with stakeholders to address technical problems effectively.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Skills:
•Experience working in a production environment.
•Familiarity with inspection equipment or CMM.
•Experience with ERP systems like Odoo (preferred but not essential).
•Knowledge of RF equipment and electronics (preferred but not required).

•Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
•Eligible to hold a security clearance if required.
