We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team.

This role plays a key part in the smooth and efficient running of high-volume production lines within a cosmetic and personal care manufacturing site, with a strong focus on machine operation, quality control, and line changeovers.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 + super

Shift time:

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Friday: 7.30am to 1.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent output and quality.

Performing and adjusting production lines, specialising in line changeovers

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems to maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of production data and report any deviations or issues.

Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols at all times.

Work collaboratively with team members across production, quality, and maintenance departments.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry preferred).

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to carry out line changeovers and basic machine adjustments.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Availability for rotating shifts or extended hours if required.
