A strong background in cafes is a must. Coffee knowledge, customer service along with administrative tasks. Restaurant and event knowledge is bonus also

MilkBar is located at the base of a luxury apartment building in the heart of the Docklands. Catering to the residents above and the surrounding corporate trade MilkBar is a 7 day a week cafe by day with a focus on internal catering and functions at night
