You must be passionate about what you do, dedicated to your chosen profession, enjoy make things from scratch and believe in using local products where possible.

An understanding of food and wage costings and rostering is a must, plus the ability to motivate, train and lead a small team to drive the Mary Street Bakery standard.
The job would suit an existing head chef wanting to step away from working nights or a sous chef wanting to step up to a head chef position and cut their teeth in a highly regarded and busy kitchen.
This is a day time only position - in at 6am out by 3pm
You will be working under the guidance of our senior management team so there will be plenty of support.
Only apply if you have worked in a similar quality fast paced establishment and have at least 3 years post apprenticeship cooking experience.
