We're after a culinary leader who lives and breathes hospitality, knows their way around modern Mexican cuisine, and can deliver knockout dishes with consistency, creativity, and calm. What You’ll Do:

Lead the Back of House team with skill, confidence, and a whole lot of heart

Oversee kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation standards

Design, cost, and execute a bold, flavour-packed menu that heroes fresh ingredients and Mexican soul

Maintain all food safety and hygiene protocols to A+ standards

Work closely with the Venue Manager and Lavish Habits team on specials, events, and new ideas

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen crew

Keep the kitchen calm, clean, and operating like a well-oiled taco machine

What We’re Looking For:

A proven Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team culture and consistency

Deep love for Mexican flavours, modern presentation, and kitchen innovation

Confidence with kitchen operations, budgets, ordering, and cost control

Someone who can balance creativity with calm under pressure

High attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality control
