We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our our food and beverage team at The Cruising Yacht Club of Rockingham.
With a solid reputation and huge potential to grow the business, we are seeking a Head Chef Manager who wants to make a difference and take our Food and Beverage operations to the next level.
The club facilities include Galley Restaurant and Bar, Burgee Function Room and hardstand facilities.

What we can offer
Generous Salary Package + Superannuation
5-day work week – to enjoy work life balance venue closed Monday (kitchen opened from Wednesday)
No late finishes – kitchen closes 8pm

Full autonomy and freedom to influence the menu with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Head chef or Senior sous chef who wants more than just a career in the kitchen.
Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our members, customers and what they love and want.
Ability to manage a compact kitchen while maintaining high-quality output.
Creativity in designing menus that cater and appeal with customers.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of cost control, stock management, kitchen safety and rosters.
This is a hands on position.
