Paying up to $65 p/h including Super, initially on a 3-6 month contract basis, but with a strong likelihood of going permanent for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing cash flow forecasts across individual projects and group level (weekly, annual, 3-year).

Managing project feasibilities and scenario modelling.

End-of-year special purpose financial reporting.

Tracking project budgets vs. funding, preparing project waterfall projections.

Leading GST claims, liaising with financiers, Quantity Surveyors and solicitors.

Supporting sales, settlements, rent schedules, and project funding administration.

Overseeing super, BAS/IAS, payroll tax, FBT, Workcover, and more.

Maintaining loan schedules, preparing documentation for funding and negotiating facilities.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

Are CA, CPA or equivalent qualified, those that are not qualified or studying will also be considered.

Have strong technical accounting and commercial experience, ideally in property, construction or investment.

Are confident working across Xero, Excel and managing multiple entities.

Can own the process end-to-end and enjoys working autonomously.

Have experience or interest in property finance - sales, settlements, funding, cashflow.

Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Are happy to work directly with a mix of stakeholders (CEO, Chairman, external advisors).
