The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting a qualified (CPA/CA) Financial Accountant to take ownership of the financial accounting and budgeting / forecasting of a reputable and growing company within the engineering industry.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for assisting in financial year end processes, managing month end processes, budgeting, preparation of the General Ledger as well as tax and FBT preparation.

The Role

Working within a professional and dedicated finance team your duties will include:

- Financial statement and reporting preparation
* balance sheet reconciliations
* Financial Forecasting / budgeting
* Preparation of monthly management reports
* Monthly variance analysis
* Assisting with audit
* Ad-Hoc tasks when required

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have worked autonomously within a large organisation producing timely & accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and financial reports.

* CPA/CA Qualified with relevant experience to match your qualification.
* 2 to 4 years within financial / professional services
* Proven financial reporting and technical accounting skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
* Highly organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Dynamics or large ERP systems experience
