PROPERTY MANAGEMENT | SOUTH OF SYDNEY | UP TO $100K +SUPER

This is not your average Property Manager job. We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation that delivers secure, long-term housing for people with disability. With a portfolio of just 75 properties, you’ll have the time and headspace to manage things properly - no endless weekend calls, no chaos, jut meaningful work done well.

The Role

• Day to day management of 75 properties
• Trust account reconciliation, bond processing and EOM disbursements
• Utility and creditor payments, vacancy funding and SDA invoicing
• Coordinating all marketing and vacancy updates across multiple platforms
• Maintaining compliance across dwellings and assisting with enrolments
• Supporting tenancy teams with updates and internal communications
• Keeping internal systems, policies and reporting accurate and up to date

You’ll work closely with a tight-knit, passionate team that’s focused on housing outcomes not hustle culture.

About You

• A Class 2 Licence & Certificate of Registration
• Previous experience in NDIS or Specialist Disability Housing
• Excellent attention to detail with confident systems & compliance knowledge
• An interest in making property management more purposeful
