Our Client:

This successful agency, boasts 3 offices that boarder the South-East city fringe and they are seeking a stand alone Property Manager to form an integral part of a friendly team that works hard with a view to progress careers quickly with supervision and training, if needed.

Duties:

Working alongside a young, dynamic Director, this role is a unique “Office-based” Property Manager role, where you are supported by a team that do the In-goings and routine inspections and all the running around for you!!

Day to day you will:

• Take care of a well-run portfolio if Residential properties
• Focus on landlord and tenant relationship building
• Undertake rent reviews and and lease renewals
• Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required
• Oversee an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Exec
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance

Specific requirements:

• Experience in autonomously managing a portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration or License
• Solid work ethic and be a team-player
• Previous experience on PropertyTree would be an advantage
