About the Role

You will work on large residential and mixed-use property development projects. You will also be involved in asset management, and assist with corporate and commercial matters. The role reports to a member of the Executive Leadership Team and you will have 1 direct report.

You will partner across the organisation to support various operations including property development, asset management, tenancy matters and assist other corporate functions as required in a variety of legal areas.

Duties Include:

Providing high quality commercial, legal, governance and compliance advice and support to the business, executives and the Board.

Advising on property law, including residential and mixed use developments.

Advising on Public Private Partnership Projects.

Advising on project finance.

Supporting good governance.

Working with capital partners.

Advising on various commercial contracts.

About you:

The successful candidate will need to have:

12+ years of post-admission experience.

Strong property law experience, including property development projects and Public Private Partnership projects.

Project finance experience.

Prior in-house experience is required.

Experience in reviewing various commercial contracts.
