Pay Rate: $1,022 per day plus super
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

About the Role
Our NSW Government client is seeking three highly skilled Salesforce Developers to join their team on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates based in NSW to contribute to the development and enhancement of a critical digital solution supporting the SIRA Regulatory Framework.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of customised Salesforce solutions including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications aligned with regulatory requirements in Workers Compensation, Home Building, and Compulsory Third-Party insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customised solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and compliant with governance standards.
• Participate in problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Document and communicate technical designs and implementation details.

What You’ll Need

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including objects, fields, and relationships.
• Proficiency with Salesforce development tools (VS Code, Developer Console, Workbench, etc.).
• Ability to design solutions that are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions certification is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
