About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented bicycle mechanic/technician to join our team, full-time, working 38 hours per week. In this hands-on role, you will focus on delivering high-quality service and assembly of high-performance bicycles, including road, mountain, and electric bikes. Your technical expertise and passion for cycling will play a crucial role in ensuring every bike is built and maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Service and assemble high-performance road, mountain, and electric bikes to the highest standards.

Communicate with customers about bookings, job status, quotes, and general inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Support the workshop manager with inventory management and warranty work.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented workshop environment.

What You Need to Join:

Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic, ideally in a high-end workshop

Strong mechanical skills with a deep understanding of bike technology

High attention to detail and commitment to quality in builds and repairs

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction

Saturday availability
