With 6 stores across the Gold Coast, we're searching for a values-driven, high-energy Multi-Site Manager to lead our team with confidence, empathy, and a modern coaching mindset.

Your Role

Lead and support a team across 6 Gold Coast locations

Build a positive, high-accountability culture that motivates and inspires

Coach, train and develop store leaders and their teams

Collaborate with marketing to drive foot traffic and brand awareness

Use sales data and customer feedback to uncover opportunities

Ensure merchandising, inventory, and store standards reflect our premium brand

Be a culture-builder who leads by example and with integrity

Who You Are

3+ years of multi-site or high-volume retail management experience

Proven track record of coaching teams to success

Strong communication and leadership skills

Passionate about customer experience and delivering results

Familiarity with our brands like Arches, Rieker, Ara, Remonte, Ivy-Z, Paso-29 is a plus
