THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on bike mechanic to join our team in Maroochydore. This role is all about keeping adaptive equipment running at its best, from manual wheelchairs and power assist add-ons to sporty handcycles and beach gear.

A big part of the job involves general wheelchair servicing. You’ll be changing tyres, tubes, and bearings (don’t worry, the job’s not too overbearing 😉), doing safety checks, and giving wheelchairs a solid clean and tune up when they come in. Attention to detail matters. This gear keeps people moving.

You’ll also be out and about across the Sunshine Coast area, doing onsite repairs and helping clients with equipment trials.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’re practical, patient, and enjoy getting hands on. You might come from a bike or scooter background, or maybe you’ve worked with mobility equipment before. You know your tools, take pride in your work, and genuinely care about getting things right for people.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Solid mechanical or bike repair experience
• Confident doing general servicing: tyres, tubes, bearings, and basic part replacements
• Valid driver’s licence (you will need it for client visits)
• Disability experience is a bonus, not essential
• Comfortable using inventory systems
• You’re reliable, approachable, and always keen to learn
