We currently support 110+ active clients, run in-person meetups/workshops, and are doubling down on educational and impactful content across YouTube and Instagram.

The Role
You’ll work closely with our founder, Cormac, to ideate, shoot, edit, script, and deliver content that performs. This is not a role for someone who just wants to sit behind the scenes – we’re looking for someone who can take charge creatively and technically to help bring our content vision to life.
What You’ll Do
Shoot & edit long-form content (YouTube videos, interviews, coaching, event footage)
Repurpose long-form into short-form reels, stories, and clips for Instagram
Help script out concepts & plan engaging shoot days
Provide creative input on content ideas, formats, and performance
Maintain high attention to detail in edits (pacing, transitions, captions, audio)
Deliver quick turnarounds on content after filming days
Offer suggestions on what content to create more of based on performance
Occasionally travel locally for shoot days and events
What We’re Looking For
Gold Coast based (non-negotiable – this is an in-person role)
Full-time availability
Minimum 2 years experience filming AND editing
Must submit a portfolio with long-form and short-form content examples
Experience creating “creative that converts” (especially ad-style content)
Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting, and audio gear
Confident using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and trend-driven content
Bonus if you’ve worked in marketing, agencies, or coaching/online education
