About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused salesperson to join our team on a casual basis, working up to 25hrs per week with Saturday availability essential. In this dynamic role, you will primarily focus on offering our customers tailored solutions to support the purchases of bikes, equipment, and apparel throughout the store. You will also play a key role in maintaining inventory levels, contributing to visual merchandising efforts, supporting bike hire services, and ensuring the overall presentation of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

Selling a range of performance bikes, including road, mountain, and electric models

Providing professional & personalized service to customers

Managing stock levels, ensuring store cleanliness & assisting with visual merchandising

What you need to join:

A passion for cycling (essential)

Strong background in retail and selling, preferably in bicycle sales

Highly organized & pro-active in a fast paced retail environment

Maintain a highly personable attitude and provide excellent customer service

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to take direction from the store manager and work autonomously when required

Availability on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Technical knowledge or experience with bicycles is a plus
