This supplier of unique architectural and commercial lighting products are seeking an internal Project Coordinator to join their team in Sydney.

The ideal person for this role will have electrical trade or electrical and lighting wholesale experience, with a working knowledge of the electrical industry and architectural lighting requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Operations team through Project and Sales order management

Coordinate customer orders from placement through to delivery

Manage the input of accurate data to client files and orders

Read and interpret technical data sheets to provide accurate product details

Manage purchasing of stock and quantify cost optimisation opportunities

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders

Use of software such as Sales Force, Trello and Microsoft Suite

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in the lighting or electrical industry

Previous project management/coordination experience with the ability to make practical and effective decisions

Ability to understand and apply learned knowledge in a practical and commercial manner

Sound understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings

Excellent attention to detail and efficient time management skills

High level written and verbal communication skills

Australian Drivers Licence
