We're now hiring for a new Internal Sales & Project Coordinator to join a global lighting leader.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on coordination role working across commercial lighting projects. You'll manage orders, liaise with wholesalers and site teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Tasks:
Track and coordinate project orders and deliveries
Liaise with customers, sales, operations, and logistics
Maintain project data in Excel and SAP
Respond to order queries, delivery updates, and documentation requests
About You:
Experience in internal sales, admin, or project coordination
Lighting, electrical, or building products industry experience a bonus
Confident with Excel and able to learn systems (SAP training provided)
Strong communication and organisation skills
Hours: Monday–Friday | 1 WFH day after onboarding
