At Salt Shift & Jet Tech, we’re passionate about delivering premium outdoor products and an exceptional customer experience. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to be the frontline voice of our brand—helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

Provide occasional check-in phone service for escalated issues or follow-ups

Resolve order issues, returns, and warranty claims efficiently and empathetically

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM platform (e.g., Gorgias, Monday.com or similar)

Identify recurring issues and report feedback to internal teams to improve processes

Assist with online reviews, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys

Represent the brand tone of voice and uphold high standards in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in e-commerce/retail customer service or similar support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, problem-solving mindset

Comfortable making brief outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction or resolve concerns

Proficient in using help desk platforms and order management systems

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for customer satisfaction and a keen attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, ShipStation, or Cin7 Omni

Interest in the outdoors, 4x4's and Watersports

Experience with social media messaging and public comment moderation
