Position: Project Administrator.
Location: Perth, WA.
Pay: $78,000 per year + 11.5 % superannuation.
Job duties:
Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to client orders, contracts, services.
Taking care of initiatives across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and vendor management.
Giving quick response to inquiries and problems concerning orders of clients, contracts, services provided, and persons affected.
Maintaining clear communication with all teams working in company and allocate duties and responsibilities to every team and coordinate with them till the required outcomes achieved.
Management of paperwork associated with contracts, orders, and deliveries.
Working with directors, sales manager, owners and others to ensure that monthly or quarterly goals are met.
Advising senior management or concerned management about problems or hurdles requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
Preparing warehouse stock reports and deliveries reports to clients concerning the organisation's activities.
Collecting and analysing marketing data associated with every product undertaken, and reporting on outcomes.
Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation and also report any changes or updates to warehouse or office.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (Master's degree is preferable)
Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of food safety regulations and distribution logistics.
Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
Positive attitude and collaborative work style.
