Our client is an outstanding WA based property group and its diverse portfolio includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture.

They are now seeing an energetic Casual Mall Leasing Executive, with previous experience in a sales environment to join their high performing team. Working alongside an experienced leasing team, you will identify and maximise leasing revenue across a significant portfolio of quality assets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and continual promotion of the brand
• Monitor trends, key players in the industry and movements in rental values
• Negotiate to secure temporary leases and licenses with Retailers
• Preparation of an annual plan and budget for mall merchandising
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance mall space usage
• Monthly reporting
• Prospecting for new business
• Administration support is provided

The ideal candidate with have experience in a sales environment, ideally in CML or pop-up leasing in retail, otherwise demonstrated success in securing business. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation, valuing ability, and critical thinking skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
