Teach Learn Grow (TLG) is a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation working to bridge the education gap for students in rural and remote communities across Australia. We are seeking an inspiring, values-aligned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide TLG through its next exciting phase of growth, impact, and innovation.

As CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, program impact, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and organisational growth. You’ll represent TLG with government, donors, schools, and community partners, while ensuring the wellbeing and development of our staff and volunteers.

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience leading purpose-driven organisations and high-performing teams

Strong financial literacy and governance experience

Expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement

A collaborative leadership style that champions inclusion

Knowledge of the education, youth, or not-for-profit sectors, particularly in rural and remote contexts
