About the Role

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you’ll take the lead in sourcing and managing short-term retail and commercial leasing opportunities across a premium portfolio of shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage agreements with pop-up and short-term tenants
• Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve leasing objectives.
• Manage contracts and resources efficiently, ensuring all projects stay within budget to achieve agreed objectives
• Build a network with small businesses and incubator groups to promote casual leasing opportunities.
• Ensure a cohesive approach across the portfolio
• Connect with small business and incubator groups to promote casual leasing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current REIWA Property Management Registration (essential)
• Proven experience in Casual Leasing, including direct engagement with tenants
• Knowledge of and experience in developing Leasing strategies.
• Knowledge of leasing documentation and accounting processes
• Proven track record of closing lease negotiations

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
