Full Time Position

Evolve Early Education is an ASX-listed company, expanding its childcare operations within Australia, currently operating 38 services across QLD, VIC, NSW, SA & TAS. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Support Office in Helensvale. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, and working alongside two other AP Officers, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for invoice processing, statement reconciliations and responding to Accounts Payable queries.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts Payable data entry

Processing invoices and ensuring they follow the correct workflow into the accounting system

Reconciliation of supplier statements, investigation of outstanding invoices and liaising with centres and suppliers to resolve discrepancies

Responding to queries

Aid in the reconciliation of credit cards

To be successful you will have:

Experience in a similar role

Intermediate Excel skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills
