About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing / Accounts Officer to join our Finance team at 4C Group in Hemmant, Queensland. As a Billing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing transactions and documentation.

Liaise with operations teams and clients to resolve any billing-related inquiries or discrepancies.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.

Provide administrative support to the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field would be highly regarded.
