About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PA Lucas & Co Pty Ltd as a full-time Personal Assistant/Marketing Coordinator. Based in our Brisbane office, you will play a vital role in supporting the senior management team and coordinating key marketing activities.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including diary management, travel coordination, and document preparation

Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, website updates, and event coordination

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining office systems and procedures to enhance efficiency

Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a professional services environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience utilising AI, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination, including content creation, event planning, and social media management

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
