Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office. This key role is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace environment, enabling our team to focus on driving renewable energy projects forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front office duties including reception, mail, phone calls, and greeting visitors.

Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with building management.

Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and booking travel arrangements.

Support the HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and invoice processing.

Organise internal events, team meetings, and sustainability-focused initiatives.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems and ensure records are up to date.

Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Act as the point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Work supporting the Operating assets and construction projects

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role (experience in the energy, construction, or environmental sectors is a plus).

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

A positive, can-do attitude and an interest in the renewable energy industry.
