What will you be doing?
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the compliant and efficient operation of lotteries and trade promotions. This position ensures that all activities align with applicable state regulations while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless execution of lottery events and promotions.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations for lotteries and promotions.
Secure permits, conduct compliant draws, and keep accurate records (draw outcomes, workflow milestones).
Ensure Oz Lotteries promotions meet internal compliance standards.
Create and configure draws (charity lotteries/promotions), manage timelines, ticketing, prizes, terms, and draw processes.
Oversee winner publication, validation, and prize fulfilment.
Complete end-of-draw processes, including documentation and reporting.
Partner with marketing to finalise campaign content, configurations, and readiness.
Troubleshoot technical issues with product support teams to ensure smooth draw operations.
Review and refine workflows for efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Able to Bring to the Role
Proven ability to build relationships and work across departments (marketing, product, compliance, customer support).
Strength in juggling many projects, deadlines, and processes with precision.
Clear written/verbal skills for liaising with stakeholders and documenting processes.
Accuracy in compliance and record-keeping
Ability to work independently in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., gaming, finance, healthcare)
Salary Banding: $68,000 - $84,000+Super
