A growing family-owned Financial Services business based in the city are searching for Client Services Officer to join their team.

You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment that reinforces their commitment to exceptional client care.
Working with another administrator you will be supporting a paraplanner and financial planners.

Key Responsiblities:

• Prepare essential documents for client review meetings.
• Utilise Xplan Software to proactively manage and follow up on tasks.
• Handle client implementation processes, including preparation of necessary paperwork.
• Prepare forms and letters for clients
• Collaborate with various parties such as fund managers and accountants to gather client information.
• Maintain and update client databases and files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle invoicing
• Diary management
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings
• Welcoming clients – telephone and in person

Position Requirements:

• Current experience in a similar role within the Financial Planning industry/we will consider banking industry
• Proficiency with Xplan financial planning software
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team, focus on clients, and possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach, enthusiasm, and the capacity to take responsibility and show initiative in task completion.
• The ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities when necessary.
