Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with day-to-day client queries via email and phone

- Administration relating to superannuation contributions, Investment switches, withdrawals, pensions, tax statements.

- Annual Consents

- Implementation of superannuation, investment and insurance applications

- Update and maintain client records in XPlan and My Prosperity

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

- 2+ years experience in a Client Service Officer position

- High attention to detail

- Work well within a tight knit team

- XPlan experience
