For you to be successful in this role you mast have experience in customer service ,preferably in the dental industry You will be the first point of contact after the patients have made up their mind to contact us after reading our reviews or have been referred to us . You are also the last person to see the patient as you check them out .Your role includes answering queries ,patiently and then making appointments. And smiling a lot ! The role also requires you to send reminders and courtesy texts. To be successful in this role you must you must have a high level of patience and a desire to help our patients, many of whom maybe nervous to reach out . Excellent communication skills, empathy and basic computer skills are necessary to do perform this role. Your role will require for you to communicate with the dentists and dental assistants and help out with sterilization when you can . You will be a part of one of Logans most reputable and trusted dental practices .
