Front Office Coordinator – Full Time or Part time

Are you an experienced dental receptionist who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and keeping things running smoothly? The Dental Club Stafford is looking for a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our welcoming and professional team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong dental experience who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment and is happy to step in to provide occasional clinical support when needed.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional approach

Manage appointments, patient records, and treatment planning

Handle phone and email enquiries confidently

Process payments and health fund claims

Support clinicians and team members with occasional chairside or sterilisation duties

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a dental practice is essential

Comfortable working front of house with the flexibility to assist in the clinic as needed

Strong communication and organisational skills

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Familiarity with Exact software (preferred, but not essential – training available)
