We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end residential project comprising six luxury townhouses in Brisbane. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating trades, maintaining the construction program, and delivering quality outcomes in line with our brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to the project timeline and quality expectations

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on-site to achieve productivity, safety, and program targets

Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and implement site-specific safety management plans

Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures and maintain a clean and organised site

Track and report project progress against program milestones and adjust scheduling as needed

Liaise with project management, design, and external consultants to resolve issues efficiently

Support site-based contract administration including inductions, variation tracking, and site diaries

Attend and contribute to regular site meetings and client updates

Manage procurement and delivery of materials to site in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with all relevant QBCC regulations and requirements
