My client is a growing, well-structured builder delivering a range of commercial construction projects across NSW. Their project scope spans fit out, refurbishment, and new build, with values ranging from $2M to $20M. Sectors include retail, education, commercial offices, and healthcare. With new project wins and repeat clients in the pipeline, they’re looking to bring on a skilled Site Manager ready to take ownership and deliver sharp, well-run projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of live construction sites. This role is suited to a confident Site Manager with experience in both fit out and new build environments. From coordinating trades and materials to managing timelines and safety, you’ll be the key site lead ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

DUTIES

• Manage on-site activity across fit out and new build projects
• Ensure all works are delivered on time, within scope, and to spec
• Coordinate trades, deliveries, materials, and subcontractor performance
• Enforce and maintain strict WHS practices
• Maintain quality control and site reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3+ years as a Site Manager in commercial construction
• Solid experience across both fit out and new build projects
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor management and project delivery
• Trade background preferred
• Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver high-quality outcomes
