The Lorian Group have partnered with a Brisbane-based contractor delivering a mix of commercial and residential new build projects, typically in the range of $5-20 million in value. While the company itself is relatively young—established within the past five years—the management team brings over over three decades of hands-on construction experience. The business has quickly built a reputation for quality work, strong subcontractor relationships, and a down-to-earth, team-first culture.

Your New Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from conception through to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include programming, organisation and management of trades, WH&S, and ensuring the project runs on time and t budget. Your first project will be a 28 townhouse project on Brisbane's Northside. The company also does work across the industrial & childcare sectors.

What You Need to Succeed

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background
• Previous experience as a townhouse Site Manager highly regarded
• QBCC Site Supervisor license or better
• Able to use Construction Management software like Procore
• Good communication skills, and ability to maintain good subcontractor relationships while pushing the job forward
