We're searching for an Assistant Development Manager to join a high-performing project team delivering exceptional residential subdivisions across ACT and NSW.

As the Assistant Development Manager, you'll support the full development lifecycle - from feasibility studies through to project delivery - working alongside experienced Project Directors, Engineers, and Development Managers.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence, consultant briefs, planning, and rezoning processes.
  
• Liaise with consultants during the design, documentation, construction, and title registration phases.
  
• Help prepare project budgets, cashflows, and schedules.
  
• Support the preparation of Development Applications and voluntary planning agreements.
  
• Monitor project performance against time, cost, and quality metrics.
  
• Assist in shaping sales and marketing strategies for residential projects.
  
• Ensure WHS legislation and company standards are upheld across all stakeholders and project phases.
  
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
  

🎓 About You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an ADM or similar role within greenfield subdivision projects.
  
• Skilled in project programs, budgets, and cashflow management using industry-standard tools.
  
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and project management abilities.
  
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
