Rochedale Doctors and Rochedale Village Doctors are seeking a medical receptionist to join our fantastic team !

About the role:
We are looking for someone who has a high regard for quality patient care.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Providing high quality reception services to the patients, doctors, and staff

Greeting patients and visitors

Scheduling appointments for patients

General office and administrative duties

Other administration tasks as required day to day.

About you:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Previous medical receptionist experience (an advantage)

Ability to multitask

The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Experience using Best Practice software (an advantage)

Attention to detail

Experience in customer service

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

The role is currently offering approx 32 hours weekly and this may include alternate Saturday and Sunday mornings.
