We are hiring a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to design and maintain the internal documentation, systems, and processes that allow us to scale with consistency and quality. This is a modern, fully digital workplace — the role requires tech fluency, documentation precision, and strong digital system-building capability.

Primary Purpose

To lead the build-out of Cybertify’s internal delivery infrastructure — including SOPs, templates, QA checklists, workflows, operational documentation, and digital intake forms. You will create, manage, and enforce the internal systems used to deliver cybersecurity engagements efficiently and professionally across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Documentation, SOPs & Templates

Build and maintain internal documentation libraries covering:

Cyber Health Checks

ISO 27001 and Essential Eight Assessments

Penetration Testing Deliverables

vCISO Kits, Risk Registers, Executive Reports

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and QA frameworks for each service line

Ensure documentation is version-controlled, consistent, and audit-ready

Create reusable templates for internal use and external client deliverables

Workflow Systems & Automation

Set up and maintain Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms for delivery tracking

Implement automated workflows, intake processes, task management, and visibility dashboards

Build digital form-based intake processes using tools such as Typeform, Jotform, or similar

Maintain a structured, paperless system for documentation, task flow, and reporting

Operational Enforcement & Coordination

Define operational standards across all delivery functions

Own documentation readiness and consistency across projects

Support cross-team execution by maintaining clear, enforceable internal processes

Ensure all team members use the latest templates, workflows, and protocols

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

Onboard new staff into Cybertify’s delivery tools, systems, and documentation standards

Train team members on use of SOPs, playbooks, and automation flows

Identify system inefficiencies or documentation gaps and implement fast, structured fixes

Maintain full ownership of Cybertify’s delivery infrastructure and internal knowledge base

Role Requirements

Experience

5+ years in cybersecurity delivery operations, documentation, or systems roles

Proven experience building SOPs, templates, QA documentation, and operational workflows

Experience implementing project/delivery platforms and digital intake systems

Familiarity with GRC, pen testing, compliance, or security service models

Technology Proficiency

Highly proficient in modern tools: Asana, ClickUp, Monday, HubSpot, Typeform, Jotform

Confident working in a fully digital, paperless environment

Experience building reusable digital forms, automations, and intake workflows

No tolerance for outdated, manual, or legacy approaches — this is a tech-driven role

Documentation & Communication

Excellent written English for professional documentation, SOPs, and reporting

Ability to translate service descriptions into structured internal documents

Comfortable enforcing documentation use across technical and operational teams

Client Context Awareness

While not client-facing, must fully understand what clients expect in terms of outcomes, documentation, and audit readiness

Responsible for ensuring internal systems consistently deliver to those expectations
