Pre Sales Solution Architect – Cybersecurity Consulting

We're looking for a sharp, commercially aware, and technically credible Pre Sales Solution Architect to join Cybertify and serve as the technical lead across complex sales engagements. You’ll translate security requirements into solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally executable while influencing the client’s buying journey from day one.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk, advising boards, CISOs, legal teams, and operations stakeholders across a wide range of sectors including legal, finance, health, critical infrastructure, and government.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead for complex sales pursuits, pre-engagement scoping, and architecture design

Collaborate with sales consultants to assess client requirements and shape solution offerings

Architect end-to-end solutions across Cybertify’s service portfolio (GRC, vCISO, penetration testing, SIEM, DLP, VIP cyber)

Translate complex security requirements into clear, client-facing proposals and diagrams

Deliver compelling client presentations, workshops, and technical walkthroughs with C-level stakeholders

Contribute to the development of proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial tenders

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, technologies, and compliance obligations

Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders

Lead pre-sales technical enablement and contribute to internal templates, frameworks, and methodology

Support sales enablement, training, webinars, and technical demonstrations

Influence solution roadmap, tool adoption, and vendor alignment in collaboration with delivery leads

What You Bring

Minimum 3+ years in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role within cybersecurity

Proven ability to engage with CISOs, Heads of IT, legal/compliance teams, and boards

Strong understanding of security frameworks and controls: ISO 27001, Essential Eight, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CPS 234

Experience scoping and positioning services such as GRC, SIEM, EDR, penetration testing, and vCISO

Excellent written and verbal communication skills — confident producing and delivering executive-level presentations

Experience responding to complex RFPs and tenders with detailed technical and commercial content

Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple engagements, and deliver under pressure

Familiarity with Microsoft Defender stack, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Azure/M365, or equivalent platforms

Strong commercial acumen with a solution-oriented mindset

A “trusted advisor” attitude capable of leading discussions, influencing outcomes, and owning client confidence
