EXPERIENCED MEDICAL SECRETARY

FULLTIME

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Medical Secretary to work alongside an exceptionally generous and caring O&G/Fertility Specialist!

Our client endeavours to provide patients with ongoing support and only the highest quality of care. Ideally, the successful candidate will follow the steps and cater to each patient and their needs in a timely and formal manner.

Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones

Scheduling patient appointments and addressing queries

Invoicing/Billing - Consultations, surgical fees etc.

Ordering of stationery, medical supplies etc.

Collecting mail

Genie medical software

Preparing the treatment room for patients

Maintaining office supplies

Essential Criteria:

Must be punctual and professional

Excellent communication skills

Strong keyboard skills and computer literate (ideally Genie)

Work well within the team and autonomously.

Caring and kind manner

The position on offer is for a Medical Secretary with private specialist rooms experience to work 5 days per week, working between Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Offering a generous hourly rate combined with free onsite parking, this position is one not to miss!
