BT Hydraulics is a growing, locally-owned business specialising in hydraulic sales, service, and repair across the Sunshine Coast. We pride ourselves on strong industry knowledge, high-quality service, and long-standing client relationships across sectors including agriculture, construction, marine, and manufacturing.

We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting customers with technical solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales enquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins)

Prepare quotes, process orders, and track stock availability

Provide product advice and support to customers (trade and retail)

Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and lead times

Assist in maintaining showroom and counter stock presentation

Support external sales team and workshop as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Sales or customer service experience (preferably in hydraulics, industrial, or trade industries)

A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment

Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems or mechanical components (training provided)
