Our client, a well-established supplier in the automotive sector, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the right candidate.
The Role:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a keen interest in automotive products, and experience in sales or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries and provide product advice over the phone, email or in person
Accurately process orders, quotes and invoices
Support customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to track stock and deliveries
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest offerings
Use internal systems to manage customer accounts and update inventory
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in Internal Sales, Automotive Sales, Parts Interpretation or a similar role
Good understanding of automotive parts or mechanical knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using computers and sales/order processing systems
