Are you ready to make a difference in our growing dynamic business environment? We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our sales department.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers through outbound calls and emails

Service incoming customer enquiries and basic technical enquiries where required

Supporting the External Sales Team with pricing and logistics enquiries

Contact via phone prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship

Increase sales in respective accounts

Prepare sales information for customers

Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts

Secure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfilment

End to end liaison between merchants, Customer Service and logistics in respect to managing to site orders and express deliveries as required

Responding to customer complaints and queries as they arrise

Weekly/Monthly internal sales reporting

About you:

Minimum of 3 years building products sales experience

Experienced in Stakeholder collaboration

Understanding of the project tendering and sub-contractor quoting process

Understanding of construction site logistics and material handling

Intermediate level understanding of Excel and MS Office

Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
