Qualifications and experience:

• Highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of initiative, good attention to detail, well organised and enthusiastic
• An ability to influence patients and strong rapport building skills
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills (including very professional phone manner)
• Being flexible enough to work as part of the team, and occasionally nurse and help with steri duties, will be highly regarded
• High level of computer literacy is essential
