We have multiple dental specialists who seek to provide complex, comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment for patients in Ballarat and most of Western Victoria. More importantly, we have a team of administrative and clinical support staff who help make it all happen. We are seeking someone who already has great communication skills and attention to detail, but is looking to expand their skills. We want someone who is a problem solver. We want someone who genuinely wants to help change the lives of our patients, but also get paid well to do it. We want someone who is already good at what they do, but also need a bit of a challenge and is ready to take their career to the next level.

We have a role for an experienced Dental Administration Coordinator who would work alongside our specialists. Ideally this is a full-time position, but also, we get it, the world has changed, and people want that work-life balance. In fact, very few of our team work five days a week, so we can usually be flexible in that regard.

You would definitely need at least year of experience in either the dental or medical field. We use Dental4Windows and Genie, so experience in either would be a big advantage, but not essential.
