Front Office Coordinator

As the first impression for every patient, your role is more than reception, you’re a concierge, a coordinator, and the heartbeat of our patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome every patient with warmth and confidence

Manage bookings and patient flow with precision and empathy

Handle billing and private pay transactions discreetly

Liaise seamlessly with clinicians and clinical staff to ensure daily success

What We’re Looking For:

Confident, articulate communicator with high emotional intelligence

Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience in a dental/medical front office preferred (Exact software a plus)

Passionate about providing an elevated patient experience

Dental Assistant (DA)

You’ll work alongside industry-leading clinicians in general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry, including implantology and All-on-4 procedures. Every day will offer variety, growth, and a chance to truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier clinical chairside support across a range of procedures

Prepare, sterilise, and maintain instruments and treatment rooms to the highest standard

Deliver patient care with empathy, discretion, and professionalism

Support infection control protocols and practice excellence

What We’re Looking For:

Previous dental assisting experience (experience in surgical/cosmetic highly regarded)

Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting preferred

Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a dynamic clinical setting

A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
