The Opportunity

We’re seeking a qualified and capable Development Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact projects across the full project lifecycle. From front-end planning and feasibility through to execution and on-ground delivery, this is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Our projects are diverse, spanning property development, land assembly, infrastructure, approvals, and regional economic initiatives. While many begin at the front-end, your ability to manage the transition through to delivery will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across planning, feasibility, approvals, and implementation.

Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports.

Ensure project outputs meet internal quality standards and client expectations.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Contribute to proposal development and project scoping where required.

Travel to regional Western Australia to oversee on-the-ground project phases.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering complex projects across the full lifecycle. From planning and feasibility through to on-ground implementation, ideally within property development, land development, or regional infrastructure.

Demonstrated capability in developing business cases, feasibility assessments, and other early-stage project documentation.

Strong capability in coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, including project scheduling, financial tracking, and professional reporting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear, client-ready documentation.

Solid understanding of development approvals, governance processes, and contract management.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Willingness to travel to regional WA as required.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, property, planning, engineering, or a related field.
